Come immerse yourself in our new Bundjalung Culture & Dining experience hosted by Arakwal woman Delta Kay and Widjabul Wia-bul Chef Mindy Woods.
Event:
- Saturday 11th March, from 3pm to 6pm at Brookie's Cape Byron Distillery
- A guided walk with Aunty Delta though Brookie's beautiful rainforest, exploring and tasting delicious bush tucker foods and hearing traditional stories, cultural perspectives and history about the once Big Scrub.
- A welcome drink (choice of Brookie's famous gin and tonic or a native infused mocktail), and information about Brookie's distillery and their use of native botanicals.
- Shared style starters, mains, sides and dessert featuring locally sourced, seasonal produce and native ingredients prepared by Mindy Woods.

- Any additional beverages. These can be purchased from Brookie's bar.
